Sean took care of me on 9/30/2024 with an AC problem I was having. He came sooner than I ever expected very professional and reasonably priced. I have been ripped off by many out here since I moved back to my hometown. Therefore not having any trust in hiring anyone to do anything. Air Quality Pros was an incredible company to work with from start to finish!  They were very responsive and made scheduling the work we needed done easy and fast.  Air Quality Pros put in a new AC unit and a mini split system.  Their prices were very fair and the work they did was incredible.  Sean and his crew were courteous, goal oriented, hardworking, and kept the work areas clean and organized at all times.  I haven't had such a positive experience working with a company in many years.  I would use them again and would recommend others use them as well!

Our full house AC unit was having issues in the hot New Mexcio climate.   Sean of Air Quality Pros did his best to keep it limping along hoping that we could keep it going until next summer.   He came a few times to coax it along and it tried until we had a power failure that put an end to it.

We had to replace the whole unit.   Sean went over various options with us and helped us choose the best choice for us.

When it came he worked all day in the heat to get it going.   It just would not cooperate so he brought us a window unit to try to keep the house temperature down.    Then he worked on it again all the next day (A Saturday) but it just would not work properly.   He contacted the factory rep who said he'd try to help Sean diagnose the issue over the phone but Sean insisted that the rep come to the house and see what was going on.

Turned out that the unit was defective and had to be replaced.   Sean got it in as soons as it arrived and worked to get it going and was able to get it running.

Sean also followed up with us several times to make sure that the unit was running properly and that we were satisfied with the work and the unit.

Great quality service and personal care.   I would highly recomment Air Quality Pros.
